CUSTOMER CARE COORDINATOR
, you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners requesting warranty service. You'll listen, assess their needs, coordinate the appropriate response, and help ensure every homeowner receives timely, professional service from start to finish.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Serve as the first point of contact for homeowner warranty and service requests.
  • Listen to and assess customer concerns to determine the appropriate course of action.
  • Coordinate responses and follow-up with Customer Care Managers.
  • Document service requests and scheduling information accurately.
  • Process work orders within the accounting system.
  • Effectively manage a high volume of incoming calls while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships through open and responsive communication.
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow through to ensure resolution.
  • Assist in identifying and documenting the root cause of service issues.
  • Track and report service levels, customer satisfaction, response rates, and costs.
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • High school diploma required; Associate Degree preferred.
  • Previous customer service or customer support experience.
  • Strong commitment to quality, responsiveness, and follow-through.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work effectively with a variety of personalities.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong computer and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
  • Confidence to make sound independent decisions when appropriate.

Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
