Apartment manager needed in New Lexington, OH. HUD experience is a plus. Affordable Housing experience is a plus. Show apartments and maintain 100% occupancy. Collect rent, complete annual required paperwork for each household. Costumer service experience required. Must be detail oriented, with the ability to multitask.
