As an Entry Level Manager, you will be a key point of support for both customers and internal teams. Our team provides hands-on training to help you understand every aspect of the business—from foundational sales and customer support processes to advanced leadership and management development. The Entry Level Manager will help ensure a smooth customer experience from onboarding through long-term account support. Role Responsibilities for the Entry Level Manager Build and maintain strong client relationships by guiding customers through Frontier's service offerings and activation processes. Act as the primary liaison for Frontier residential clients, addressing service inquiries and resolving account-related questions efficiently. Provide clear insights into Frontier's fiber internet, voice services, and bundled solutions to help customers make informed decisions. Develop tailored service recommendations based on customer needs, usage habits, and available service infrastructure. Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions, service updates, and account activity to support internal coordination. What's in It for
