Job Description

Mentor, manage, and make things happen. Lead with Novex Advisory! Novex Advisory is currently hiring a dedicated Entry Level Manager to support our growing Frontier campaign in the Dayton area. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys leading with structure, mentoring others, and creating a positive customer experience from the very first interaction. If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, guiding customers through solutions, and building strong relationships, this role offers the chance to grow into leadership while gaining valuable business experience. As an Entry Level Manager, you will be a key point of support for both customers and internal teams. Our team provides hands-on training to help you understand every aspect of the business—from foundational sales and customer support processes to advanced leadership and management development. The Entry Level Manager will help ensure a smooth customer experience from onboarding through long-term account support. Role Responsibilities for the Entry Level Manager Build and maintain strong client relationships by guiding customers through Frontier's service offerings and activation processes. Act as the primary liaison for Frontier residential clients, addressing service inquiries and resolving account-related questions efficiently. Provide clear insights into Frontier's fiber internet, voice services, and bundled solutions to help customers make informed decisions. Develop tailored service recommendations based on customer needs, usage habits, and available service infrastructure. Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions, service updates, and account activity to support internal coordination. What's in It for
