Fuse3 Solutions is partnered with a growing e-commerce company northwest of the Oklahoma City metro looking for a Customer Service Supervisor. This position will oversee day-to-day customer support while building processes, implementing new tools, and helping create a scalable customer service department. The role offers the opportunity to grow into a Customer Service Manager position.

Responsibilities:

Oversee customer support across Shopify, Amazon, email, chat, and marketplace messaging. Manage escalations, refunds, returns, order issues, and online reviews. Create SOPs, workflows, templates, and performance standards. Identify ways to streamline processes and improve the customer experience. Implement new tools and systems to support continued growth. Track customer service metrics and identify trends. Assist with hiring, training, and developing future team members.

Qualifications:

Direct experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and Gorgias required. Experience supporting customer service operations for a company with $10M+ in annual sales preferred. Previous customer service leadership or supervisory experience. Strong process improvement and department-building experience. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in a growing and evolving environment. Salary for the Customer Service Supervisor is $60,000-$70,000. This position is fully on-site northwest of the Oklahoma City metro.
