Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dispensary Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cannabis dispensary. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for the cannabis industry.

Duties:

• Manage all aspects of the dispensary, including inventory management, sales, and customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations
• Train and supervise dispensary staff, including conducting employee orientations and providing ongoing training
• Create employee schedules and manage payroll
• Maintain a clean and organized dispensary environment
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection and answering any questions or concerns
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product offerings
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products

Experience:

• Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the cannabis industry
• Strong knowledge of cannabis products and their effects
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing profitability
• Experience with budgeting, pricing, and inventory management
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Multilingual skills are a plus
