Full-time Salary:
$56,000.00 per year We are looking for an individual to join our Care Team. This position is primarily responsible for balancing relationships with County Service Coordinators, our clients, Families, and our DSPs.
Responsibilities:
Family Service representatives (FSR) report to the Director of the Care Team. As a FSR you will oversee a caseload of clients. You will be primarily responsible for completing regular check-ins and directing their support needs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Organize Client Supports Manage Crisis Situations Checking/responding to emails/calls/texts daily Completing client intakes Regularly visiting clients/families within their homes Ongoing communication with clients/families/Service Coordinator Ongoing support to families/Client/DSPs This is a growing position; we are a dynamic company that stays on our toes. Qualifications:
Minimum age: 18 years old Minimum 1-year experience in the I/DD industry High School Diploma or equivalent Be cleared through a federal background check. Ability to accept guidance and supervision. Professional demeanor Understanding our family's needs Drive to help others
