Urgent Care Physician - Per Diem LiveWell Homecare Agency Salem, OR Job Details Per diem 17 hours ago Qualifications Electronic health records (EHR) management Customer service BC/BE Working with pediatric populations Post residency experience Medical License Full Job Description This role is for a licensed, board-certified or eligible Physician with 2-5 years of post-residency clinical experience, including adult and pediatric care, in an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting. Responsibilities include examining and treating patients, taking medical histories, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, diagnosing, prescribing medications, treating minor injuries, and providing patient education. Supervise and collaborate with Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners, including credentialing and signoff responsibilities. Work shifts of 8 or 12 hours, with a focus on delivering high-quality clinical services independently. Required skills include strong communication, customer service, and experience with EMRs.
