Capitol Nissan is seeking a Service Manager to join our team! The Service Manager runs an efficient and profitable service department through productive staffing, customer retention, cost controls, achievement of objectives, and maintenance of all service records. The Service Manager also ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.Why Capitol Auto Group:

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years' experience as an automotive service manager Manufacturer experience required, Nissan experience a plus Experience with Tekion DMS preferred Experience in financial forecasting and the ability to read/understand financial statements Proven success to motivate and support the team that you are leading A high level of motivation for customer satisfaction and team building - all with a customer focused attitude Dependable with a strong work ethic Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail Valid driver's license I do hereby acknowledge and understand that in order to be considered for potential employment with Capitol Auto Group, I accept and would willingly embrace and practice the Vision, Values and Standards of this company.Vision:
