The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in kitchens, cabinetry, remodeling, and/or installation and a strong background in customer service and field service.
Primary responsibilities include:
Field measurements Jobsite and installation readiness Working with designers and installers Customer communication as needed Project coordination including delivery and installation. Service, punch-list, and warranty work
Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant kitchen, cabinetry, millwork, remodeling, and/or installation experience Experience with retail cabinet ordering, process and installation processes Excellent attention to detail High level of customer service and professionalism Strong problem-solving skills Proactive and solution-oriented approach Positive, can-do attitude Strong teamwork and communication skills Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities Valid driver's license
