Are you an organized, energetic leader who excels at running a smooth facility and motivating a team? We are seeking a dynamic Site Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day facility operations, champion our company culture, and drive local team performance. In this role, you will be the hands-on leader responsible for keeping our facility running flawlessly while actively supporting local sales efforts. You will manage daily workflows, coach your team to hit customer service goals, and ensure our guests receive a premium experience every day. The ideal candidate blends strong operational discipline with great people skills and a track record of running efficient, customer-focused operations. Essential Job Functions Daily Operations & Facility Management (40%)Workflow & Standards:
Oversee all daily site infrastructure and procedures, ensuring safety, compliance, and brand standards are flawlessly executed.Asset & Inventory Control:
Manage local inventory, supplies, and maintenance schedules to ensure the facility runs efficiently and stays within budget.Process Improvement:
Monitor daily operational workflows and implement practical improvements to increase productivity and team efficiency. Team Leadership & Culture (30%)Staff Supervision & Coaching:
Recruit, train, and supervise a dependable, cross-functional team, providing regular feedback and performance coaching.Positive Workplace Culture:
Foster a highly collaborative, accountable, and supportive team environment that keeps staff engaged and motivated.Customer Service Excellence:
Serve as the main escalation point for customer relations, resolving issues quickly and setting a high standard for customer retention. Sales Support & Local Execution (30%)Sales Team Guidance:
Support the on-site team in hitting local sales targets, guiding them on customer outreach, upselling packages, and processing renewals.Local Outreach:
Assist with executing localized marketing events and building relationships with local businesses to help increase site visibility.Performance Tracking:
Review weekly operational metrics and sales numbers, using the data to help the team improve service delivery and conversion rates.Qualifications Needed:
- Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in account management, customer success, or a related field within the automotive or fleet management industry
- In-depth understanding of fleet management concepts, trends, and best practices, along with knowledge of related products and services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and build strong client relationships
- Demonstrated track record of creative problem-solving and conflict resolution in a client- facing role
- Proven ability to identify upsell opportunities, negotiate contract terms, and drive business growth
- Proficiency in data analysis, using metrics to derive insights and drive informed decision- making for clients
- Experience in managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and handling various priorities effectively
- Comfortable using technology, including CRM tools, project management software, and the Microsoft Office Suite
