•This is a Shift Supervisor role. At least 1 year of Supervisory experience in a retail/customer service/hospitality environment is required.

This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales skills, a passion for customer service, and a comprehensive understanding of retail sales processes. Duties Lead and manage all store operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning and exceptional customer experiences Drive outside sales efforts by engaging with clients, conducting outreach, and expanding the customer base Build lasting relationships with customers through personalized service and effective communication Oversee sales administration tasks Maintain compliance with state regulations Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement Qualifications 1 + year of supervisory experience in a retail, customer service, or hospitality environment. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus for serving diverse communities Possess a positive attitude while greeting customers and patients. Be an advocate of cannabis customer care. Help customers and patients navigate through cannabis and educate them on how it can be used as a wellness product. Build rapport with regular patients/customers to promote repeat business. Work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
