Manager of Client Services - Home Care Full-Time | Exempt Join Our Team! Are you an experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced home care environment? Right at Home in Jenkintown is seeking a Manager of Client Services to oversee our scheduling operations, client care coordination, and caregiver management. This leadership role is essential to ensuring exceptional service delivery, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence while making a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors and adults who wish to remain safely at home. Position Summary The Manager of Client Services is responsible for overseeing all aspects of client care coordination, caregiver management, scheduling operations, and service delivery. This position leads the Scheduling and On-Call teams to ensure clients receive exceptional care while supporting caregiver satisfaction and maintaining operational efficiency. Working closely with the RN Supervisor, Community Outreach Coordinator, and Owner, this role ensures compliance with state regulations, company policies, and quality standards while helping achieve business performance goals. Responsibilities of the
Manager of Client Services :
Leadership & Team Management Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Scheduling Coordinators and On-Call team members. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and training. Develop employee retention strategies and promote a positive, collaborative workplace culture. Redeploy staff as needed to best meet operational demands. Client & Caregiver Relations Serve as the primary point of contact for client and caregiver concerns. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners. Resolve service concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure all client care standards are consistently met. Operations Management Oversee daily scheduling, staffing, and service delivery. Monitor staffing levels to maximize efficiency and client satisfaction. Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently followed. Coordinate contractual services as needed. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with all applicable state regulations and company policies. Respond appropriately to complaints and implement corrective action plans. Maintain department policies and procedures, coordinating updates with Human Resources. Monitor key performance indicators and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Communication & Decision Making Clearly communicate expectations, goals, and operational updates to staff. Keep ownership informed of departmental performance, challenges, and successes. Make timely, informed decisions while balancing client needs and business objectives. Communicate important client updates with appropriate team members. Qualifications Required for the Manager of Client Services High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of management or operations leadership experience . Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer applications. Knowledge of medical terminology. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Qualifications Preferred for the Manager of Client Services Home care, healthcare, or senior care management experience. Experience managing scheduling teams. Knowledge of state home care regulations. Experience with WellSky or similar scheduling and billing software. From $75,000.00 per year
