We connect our clients with customers through personalized sales conversations, product education, and relationship building. We're currently hiring an Entry Level Manager to join our growing team. The Entry Level Manager will learn how to lead customer conversations, present products and services, complete sales orders, and support business growth from the ground up. Through hands-on training and daily coaching, the Entry Level Manager will also develop valuable skills in sales, customer communication, leadership, and team development. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Manager Become knowledgeable about client products, services, promotions, and available customer options Answer customer questions and explain available solutions clearly Learn the full sales cycle from the initial conversation through completed enrollment Identify customer needs and recommend products or services that fit their lifestyle Complete sales orders and maintain accurate customer information Follow up with customers regarding service details, updates, and pending orders Build professional customer relationships through consistent communication Work with other Entry Level Manager team members to share sales strategies and improve performance What We're Looking for in an Entry Level Manager Self-driven and willing to learn every part of the business Confident speaking with customers and leading sales conversations Able to work independently while contributing to team goals Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable presenting products, services, and sales options Positive, professional, and team-oriented Organized when managing customer information, orders, and follow-ups Interested in sales, customer service, leadership, and professional growth Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, or another customer-facing environment is helpful but not required. The Entry Level Manager will receive hands-on training and ongoing support while building experience in sales, business, and leadership.
