In this role, you will be the critical link between customers, crews, and third-party inspectors-ensuring that every installation is scheduled, documented, and completed smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and values providing an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Manage and review the installation pipeline to schedule site work efficiently with customers, internal teams, and inspectors. Communicate with customers in a professional, friendly, and solutions-focused manner. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in company databases. Partner with internal teams to achieve and exceed monthly installation goals. Proactively address and overcome customer concerns to ensure a positive experience. Support continuous improvements in scheduling processes and customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Experience Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and text) with a customer-first mindset. Problem-solving and decision-making ability with strong attention to detail. Team-oriented approach with a willingness to collaborate across departments. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus. Previous customer service or scheduling experience is preferred but not required.
