Job Description
Position Summary The Data Entry / Customer Service Supervisor leads the daily operations of the data entry and customer service team, ensuring accurate data, exceptional customer support, and efficient workflows. This role is responsible for team leadership, performance management, process improvement, and resolving escalated customer issues. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop the data entry and customer service team. Ensure accurate data entry and timely customer support. Monitor performance, quality, and KPIs. Resolve escalated customer issues. Manage daily workflow, staffing, and priorities. Develop and improve processes and procedures. Collaborate with other departments to support operational goals. Qualifications 3+ years of customer service, data entry, or administrative experience. Supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and databases. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and customer service.
