CSR Responsibilities:

Be highly responsive to customer inquiries/needs Have a full understanding of products/pricing Communicate with production team and customers on a regular basis Communicate courteously with clients though email, over the phone, and in person

Graphic Designer Responsibilities:

Produce consistent, high-quality professional designs from concept to completion Obtain approvals by submitting customer proof for approval Completes projects on a timely basis Produce consistent, high-quality professional designs from concept to completion. Create virtual mock-ups of custom designs and advertisements. Completes projects on a timely basis.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Candidate must have 1+ years of graphic design experience/education with ability to work in a fast-paced PC environment while balancing multiple projects. Proficiency in Photoshop required. Must have good organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills. Ideal candidate is detail-oriented, quick learner, self-starter, results-driven individual. Energetic and positive "can do" attitude is a must.

$35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
