If you're looking for an opportunity to grow your career in healthcare while making a meaningful impact on clients and field employees, this could be the position for you. As a Client Services Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating high-quality home care, developing relationships in the community, and helping grow and manage your office's caseload. What You'll Do Coordinate client services and address emergent scheduling needs. Manage and proactively grow your caseload. Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations. Provide exceptional customer service and support quality home care delivery. Partner with Clinical Managers to support and supervise field employees. Develop strong, collaborative relationships with your office and field teams. Monitor key business metrics, including admissions, Medicare percentage, and referral outcomes. Support the overall growth and success of the Berks County office. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree preferred. Prior healthcare, medical office, or home care experience preferred. Prior supervisory or leadership experience a plus. Demonstrated success taking on increased responsibility and achieving goals. Strong computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records.
