About the Role At ApotheCom, we turn science into stories that make a difference. As an Associate Director, Client Services, you'll play a key leadership role in shaping and delivering impactful scientific communications and publications that help clients inform, inspire, and advance understanding. You'll partner closely with clients and internal teams to oversee publications and medical communications initiatives from strategic planning through to flawless delivery. With a strong focus on quality, scientific integrity, and client partnership, you'll help ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard. Working alongside colleagues across Scientific Services, Meetings, and Creative/Digital, you'll help bring bold ideas to life while supporting the continued growth and success of your accounts and teams. What You'll Be Doing Lead account delivery. Oversee day-to-day account activity and help ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to strategy. Support financial performance. Contribute to proposals, budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting, while helping maintain strong account profitability. Build strong client relationships. Serve as a trusted partner to clients, anticipating needs and helping translate complex science into clear, compelling communications. Support and develop your team. Coach and mentor client services colleagues, encouraging collaboration, accountability, and professional growth. Collaborate cross-functionally. Work closely with Scientific Services, Meetings, and Creative/Digital teams to deliver integrated medical education initiatives. Identify opportunities. Help spot and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts and prospective partnerships. Stay informed. Maintain a strong understanding of the healthcare communications landscape, compliance standards, and best practices. Champion excellence. Uphold ApotheCom's commitment to scientific rigor, innovative thinking, and exceptional client service. About You You're a confident, collaborative leader with a strong background in medical communications. You enjoy working in fast-paced environments and are motivated by the opportunity to contribute to team success and client growth. Bachelor of Science degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in medical communications, with a strong focus on publications and client service. Experience with iEnvision. Experience supporting multiple accounts and contributing to financial and operational goals. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to earn trust across teams and clients. Solid understanding of healthcare communications, publications planning, and the drug development process. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital collaboration tools.
