Client Experience Coordinator | Luxury Skin Studio

Job Description

Pay:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour to start, based on experience, with opportunity for performance-based growth. Anej Skin Studio is a results-driven skin atelier with locations in Yardley, PA and Princeton, NJ. Founded by master esthetician Jena Salzano, Anej brings together advanced skin technologies, European esthetics, sculptural facial massage and highly personalized home care. We are looking for an exceptional Client Experience Coordinator to become an integral part of our team. This is much more than a traditional front desk position. The right person is polished, warm, highly organized and naturally anticipates what needs to happen next. You should genuinely enjoy taking care of people while also understanding that exceptional hospitality and strong business performance go hand in hand.
THE ROLE
You will be responsible for creating a seamless Anej experience from a client's first phone call through their next appointment.
Responsibilities include:
Welcoming clients and creating an elevated, personalized guest experience Managing incoming calls, texts and client inquiries with warmth and professionalism Scheduling and strategically managing appointments Actively rebooking clients and helping maintain consistent treatment schedules Managing cancellations and proactively filling openings and waitlists Checking clients in and out Developing familiarity with our treatments, technologies and skincare offerings so you can confidently guide clients Supporting product sales and home-care recommendations made by our estheticians Maintaining detailed and accurate client information within our booking system Recognizing opportunities to follow up with clients and strengthen long-term relationships Supporting the daily flow and presentation of the studio Maintaining Anej's standards of organization, cleanliness and attention to detail
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You may have experience in luxury hospitality, high-end retail, medical aesthetics, beauty, wellness, concierge service or another elevated client-facing environment. More important than a specific background is how you work.
You are:
Exceptionally warm and professional Confident communicating both in person and over the phone Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable with sales and recommending services or products Proactive. You notice what needs to be done without always being asked Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-touch environment Tech-savvy and comfortable learning scheduling and client-management software Interested in skincare, beauty and wellness Dependable and committed to being part of a team long-term Previous spa experience is welcome but not required. We are equally interested in candidates with strong backgrounds in luxury retail, hospitality, sales, concierge service or other high-level client-facing roles.
SCHEDULE
Candidates must have availability for evenings and Saturdays. This is a year-round, long-term position. We are not hiring for seasonal or summer-only employment.
