ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

The Company:

Houck Transit Advertising oversees and manages contracted advertising campaigns from inception to final product or outcome. The Account Coordinator is a key player in coordinating and managing information flow and expectations between departments and clients in this fast-paced position. Account Coordinators perform organizational functions that occur before, during and after the contract phase of the sales cycle.

The Position:

1-2 years of work experience as an account coordinator/project manager, customer success or other related experience. Media experience a plus. Strong written and interpersonal communications skills. Ability to persuade and creatively problem solve. Assume the role of liaison between clients and the company. Eager to be an advocate, partner and resource for our clients. Capable of prioritizing multiple projects and work activities in the most efficient way. Advanced computer knowledge and data management experience. Highly developed in typical business-type software and eager to learn new proprietary systems. A business acumen and good with numbers. Ability to follow directions with an attention to detail and accuracy. Enjoy collaborating and being part of a team.
