Job Summary The Account Coordinator supports a portfolio of client relationships, helping deliver a responsive, organized, and positive client experience. This role works closely with clients and PRIME's internal teams to coordinate communication, timelines, deliverables, and day-to-day marketing activities, ensuring priorities stay organized and projects move forward successfully. This position requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and an eagerness to develop a broader understanding of marketing strategy and PRIME's capabilities. The Account Coordinator is expected to take ownership of assigned responsibilities, anticipate needs, ask thoughtful questions, and proactively support both clients and internal teams. As an entry point into PRIME's account management career track, this role offers the opportunity to build experience in client relationships, project management, and marketing strategy while developing toward greater account ownership and responsibility. The Account Coordinator will also support account growth and new business efforts through research, proposal development, presentations, and other sales initiatives. The Account Coordinator will report to the Director of Account Management. Duties Support a portfolio of client relationships, developing an understanding of each client's business, industry, goals, challenges, and ongoing marketing initiatives Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies that connect PRIME's capabilities to client objectives Monitor project scopes, budgets, agreements, and account details, helping identify potential issues or changes that require attention Assist with campaign reporting and performance reviews by gathering information, organizing results, and helping identify insights and opportunities Support account growth by helping identify client needs, researching opportunities, and assisting with recommendations and proposals Support new business efforts through prospect research, discovery preparation, strategy development, proposals, and presentations Coordinate projects across creative, digital, and media teams, helping manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, and budgets to ensure successful execution Manage day-to-day communication and coordination across internal teams, clients, and external vendors, ensuring information, expectations, and next steps are clear Contribute to agency processes and account management practices that improve efficiency, client service, and team collaboration Manage the inbox and workflow for Local Search clients, coordinating client communication, requests, follow-ups, renewals and internal next steps to ensure timely and consistent service. Provide occasional front desk and administrative coverage as needed, including answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, receiving packages, processing check deposits, and supporting general office needs Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a relevant field preferred 0-2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, client services, project coordination, or a related professional environment; agency experience or internship experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an interest in building successful client relationships Foundational understanding of marketing and an eagerness to develop knowledge across integrated marketing strategies, channels, and tactics Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to coordinate multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities Comfortable communicating with clients and collaborating with creative, digital, media, and account management teams Demonstrates initiative, accountability, sound judgment, and a willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities while operating both independently and collaboratively This description reflects the core responsibilities of the role but is not intended to be all-inclusive. Pay:
$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
