We're seeking an Account Manager who will support risk strategy, client service excellence, and operational accuracy. RESPONSIBILITIES
What You'll Do / Your Impact Client Partnership & Risk Strategy Serve as a trusted advisor by helping clients understand their insurance needs and coverage options Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and business partners while delivering an exceptional service experience Conduct account reviews, provide coverage recommendations, and support client retention and account growth initiatives Operational Excellence Manage policy transactions, client requests, coverage changes, billing inquiries, and claims support Maintain accurate documentation and client records in agency management systems Ensure timely, accurate processing while maintaining a high level of attention to detail Strategic Contribution Identify opportunities for account rounding, cross-selling, and new business development Support departmental goals through client retention and growth efforts Contribute to a positive team culture through collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning
QUALIFICATIONS
What You Bring Required Experience in a client-facing customer service, insurance, or account management role Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems High school diploma or equivalent Current insurance license or willingness to obtain required licensure Preferred College degree Personal insurance or agency experience Advanced professional designations such as AAI, ARM, CIC, or similar Experience mentoring team members and supporting cross-functional initiatives Core Competencies Client-first mindset Attention to detail Accountability and follow-through Relationship management Collaboration and teamwork Adaptability and problem solving Strong verbal and written communication skills
