At Our Family Friend, we're looking for a Client Care Manager who wants more than just a job. Someone who wants to be the heartbeat behind exceptional care in the Chelsea, Manchester, and Ann Arbor communities. You'll be the go-to person for our clients, their families, and our caregivers in this area, making sure every single case gets the attention, quality, and heart it deserves.

This isn't a desk job. You'll be out in the field, in clients' homes across Chelsea, Manchester, and Ann Arbor, building real relationships and making sure care is happening the way it should.
What You'll Own:
Be the primary point of contact for clients, families, and caregivers Get out in the field for at least 3 supervisory visits a week, seeing care quality firsthand Keep an eye on care logs and communications daily, catching concerns before they become problems Make sure schedules stay filled and shifts stay covered Coach and support caregivers so they can be their best Jump in and work a shift yourself when a client needs you most Lead new client intakes with warmth, clarity, and confidence from day one
