Job Description

BBL Fleet is a nationally recognized fleet management provider offering a full range of services to our clients including vehicle acquisition, leasing, fuel, maintenance, accident management and more enhanced by our comprehensive suite of web-based tools to optimize fleet performance. We are looking to add a detail-oriented, professional and energetic Client Engagement Representative to our growing team. The Client Engagement Representative is the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for day-to-day account management for several accounts including handling client needs and concerns via email and phone. This role requires the ability to multitask, build relationships, follow up on issues, and ensure client satisfaction. Training and team support will be provided. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for clients Maintain accurate records of all account information Promptly acknowledge and resolve client inquiries and concerns Work with internal resources to complete tasks and troubleshoot problems Escalate complex or unresolved issues to management as necessary, while maintaining ownership of the client experience Follow up with clients to ensure resolution and satisfaction Ability to manage time effectively Work patiently, tactfully and efficiently via phone, email, virtual meetings or in-person Qualifications Background as a paralegal, executive assistant or customer service At least 3 years of experience Strong team player Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficient PC skills for MS Word, Excel & Outlook Very organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask Job Type and Benefits Full-time with one work from home day a week Company-paid family medical, dental and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) and holidays 401(k) matching Office located in
