Client Service Advisor for an Investment Advisor / Wealth Manager About Us Capital Advantage, Inc. is a well-established registered investment advisory (RIA) firm with over 40 years of experience. We pride ourselves on being financially stable, growing, and highly respected within our community.

We offer:

We are surrounded by 30+ restaurants and plenty of stores…a true shopping (and eating!) extravaganza A positive, collaborative culture with quarterly team-building events, company-paid lunches, and other fun perks What You'll Do Act as the face for a large client base of high-net-worth individuals, delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships Work directly with a financial advisor and/or the manager of client services to gain hands-on experience and mentorship Collaborate with team members to provide seamless account management and operational support Handle client documentation needs with precision, accuracy, and care - essential skills to succeed in this role where details matter Bring energy and attention to detail to every interaction—because great service is what sets us apart! Mandatory Requirements Recent client service experience (within the past 12 months) working with a Investment Advisor or major custodians such as Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, LPL or similar. Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping clients smiling Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet A great sense of humor—because we believe finance doesn't have to be boring! Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in client service or financial operations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) or similar (i.e., Google Workspace, etc.) Series 65 license will be required for any growth and promotion Technologically proficient Summary If you're an experienced client service associate with an Investment Advisor / Wealth Manager or major custodian, you can seamlessly handle client documentation with attention to detail and without errors; this is the place for you!
