Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here Commercial Insurance Account Manager A highly respected, independent insurance agency in Fall River, MA is seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join its growing commercial lines team. The Commercial Lines Account Manager will service a generalist book of small to mid-market commercial accounts. This is a service-focused role with a dedicated call center and claims team. Account Managers will focus on client service, renewals, remarketing, and retention. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys client service, managing renewals, building strong relationships, and working in a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and service a commercial lines book of approximately 250 clients. Handle renewals, remarketing, endorsements, certificates, policy changes, and general client service needs. Work with a variety of small to mid-market commercial accounts, including coastal property, municipalities, contractors, hospitality, and BOPs. Partner with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Maintain accurate client and policy information within Applied EPIC. Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and high-quality service. Qualifications 2+ years of commercial lines insurance experience. Active Property & Casualty license required. Strong understanding of commercial lines coverage, renewal processes, and client service. Ability to manage a high-volume book while maintaining strong attention to detail. Professional communication skills and a team-oriented approach. Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $60,000-$90,000, depending on experience. Annual bonus opportunities based on agency and individual performance. 25% incentive on cross-selling new business opportunities.
