- is responsible for providing exceptional client support while managing business licensing, payroll tax registrations, sales tax registrations, nonprofit filings, and other regulatory compliance filings.

- Business Licensing & Regulatory Compliance
- + Research and process state, county, and municipal business license applications and renewals.
- Payroll Tax & Sales Tax Registrations
- + Process state payroll tax registrations, unemployment tax registrations, and employer account setups.
- Nonprofit Filings
- + Prepare and submit nonprofit formation documents, charitable registrations, and related compliance filings. + Research nonprofit filing requirements at state and federal levels. + Support clients with obtaining required registrations and maintaining compliance obligations. + Track renewal and annual reporting requirements for nonprofit entities.
