LaSalle Network is partnering with an industry-leading facilities management company to hire a Client Service Representative (Facilities Administrator). This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping clients, managing high-volume communication, and working in a fast-paced call center environment. Position Overview The Customer Service Representative (Facilities Administrator) serves as the primary point of contact for clients, managing service requests and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. Key Responsibilities Receive and manage incoming client service requests Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email Provide updates regarding service schedules, progress, and completion Coordinate service requests with internal teams and third-party vendors Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems Track and monitor work order activity throughout the service process Assist with invoice and documentation review as needed Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred Previous customer service, call center, client support, scheduling, dispatch, or administrative experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls and customer interactions Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Dependable, adaptable, and customer-focused Compensation & Benefits $19
