Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to drive retention and loyalty. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Onboard new customers effectively, ensuring a smooth transition and quick adoption of our products. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Monitor customer health metrics and identify at-risk accounts to proactively address issues. Provide feedback to the product team based on customer insights to help improve product offerings. Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess customer satisfaction and growth potential. Resolve customer issues efficiently by coordinating with support and technical teams. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or client services role. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work collaboratively across teams. Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize workload effectively. Familiarity with CRM software and customer success tools. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and metrics. Demonstrated ability to drive customer engagement and contribute to company growth.
