Opportunity ChartRequest seeks an experienced Health Information Management (HIM) professional to lead and scale our growth and expand ChartRequest's market presence by acquiring new enterprise-level clients. You will play a critical role in selling our innovative solutions to large organizations, facilitating their journey towards operational excellence and improved outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of operational excellence, driving team productivity and developing strategies for client acquisition and expansion. This position offers an opportunity to influence the growth trajectory of a dynamic company, with the scope to innovate within a supportive and collaborative environment. In addition to developing and maintaining the Company product, you will work cross-functionally within the Company team to understand broader sales and marketing initiatives and how the customer acquisition team can have an impact on the shared vision of the business. This position reports directly to the VP of Client Services at the Company. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual with a proven track record in enterprise sales. The ideal candidate possesses strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering value to clients. This role requires the ability to navigate complex sales cycles, build lasting relationships, and collaborate effectively across teams. Key Regions of Hiring. Phoenix, AZ, Atlanta, GA, and Nashville, TN Primary Responsibilities Enterprise Account Acquisition & Key Account Management. Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with large enterprise clients, including Hospitals, Health Systems, and major healthcare organizations. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring long-term success and expansion opportunities. Develop customized engagement strategies for high-value prospects, guiding them through the sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution. Relationship Building & Strategic Account Growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, department heads, and key decision-makers to drive adoption and expansion. Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring ChartRequest's solutions evolve with their requirements. Foster deep partnerships by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and maximizing client value. Solution Selling & Enterprise Deal Execution. Conduct deep discovery to assess client pain points, positioning ChartRequest as the ideal solution for workflow automation, compliance, and operational efficiency. Lead high-stakes negotiations, address objections, and structure deals that align with client needs and company objectives. Manage complex procurement and contracting processes within large organizations. Sales Pipeline Management & Data-Driven Strategy. Maintain visibility into the sales pipeline for enterprise accounts, utilizing CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) to track progress, engagement, and conversion metrics. Collaborate with Community Engagement Specialists (CES) to ensure seamless lead handoff and account activation. Leverage data insights to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates. Client Success & Retention. Ensure a seamless post-sale transition, setting up enterprise clients for success and long-term retention. Monitor key account performance, proactively addressing challenges and optimizing engagement strategies. Act as a liaison between enterprise clients and internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to align solutions with evolving client needs. Industry Presence & Brand Representation. Represent ChartRequest at major industry conferences (6-8 times per year), networking with potential enterprise clients and reinforcing brand credibility. Participate in thought leadership efforts, sharing insights on industry trends and best practices to engage key stakeholders. Collaboration & Leadership. Work cross-functionally to refine sales messaging, lead qualification, and enterprise engagement strategies. Guide and support sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and strategic growth. Actively contribute to weekly LVL10 departmental meetings and Customer Acquisition meetings, driving key account strategies. Support Weekly LVL10 departmental meetings and the Customer Acquisition meetings Demonstrated commitment to the PATH. On the PATH, you'll be bound by a value system that is critical to success. Required Qualifications & Experience 7+ years of operational experience within Health Information Management, Release of Information (preferred), B2B Enterprise Account Management working with HIM Departments and senior Healthcare IT leaders, B2B Business Development or Enterprise Sales Experience and experience building trust with healthcare providers in Large Group, and Enterprise settings
- preferably in a growth environment (SaaS preferred, Healthcare industry experience required) Proven experience in business development or sales, with a track record of leading teams to meet or exceed targets.
EOS, LVL10
Meetings, and Rock Setting (Preferred) Compensation. This role is a sales role with commission based performance. The base compensation will be between $50,000- $75,000 and the On Target Earnings will be between $100,000
- $150,000 dependent on leadership and management experience. Prior and specific experience within the Release of Information niche of Healthcare and Healthcare IT is a requirement for this role. Hybrid Policy. You can live wherever you'd like, but you will commute to our office in Atlanta, GA
