Duties Engage in outside sales activities to identify new clients and expand existing accounts through proactive outreach and networking. Conduct client consultations to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options across various insurance lines. Negotiate policy terms, premiums, and coverage details with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements. Manage sales administration tasks, including preparing quotes, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records within CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through exceptional service, regular follow-ups, and personalized communication. Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to optimize sales strategies and improve service delivery. Stay informed about insurance regulations, product updates, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and provide expert guidance. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in both client interaction and team collaboration. Knowledge of property and casualty insurance fundamentals. Exceptional analysis skills to evaluate client needs, market data, and policy options effectively. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Familiarity with insurance regulation standards and telemarketing practices is a plus.
