Job Description

Corrigan Moving Systems is hiring an entry-level International Move Coordinator in our Fenton, MO location. The International Move Coordinator manages personal, military, and corporate relocations from initial planning through final delivery. This role oversees all aspects of each move, including scheduling, logistics coordination, and progress monitoring, while serving as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the process. The coordinator is accountable for delivering a seamless, high-quality relocation experience that consistently exceeds customer expectations. Corrigan International, a division of Corrigan Moving Systems, is an award-winning, full-service moving company. Established in 1968, Corrigan's International division manages and oversees our customers' entire international moving process from the household standpoint. Corrigan Moving Systems was founded in 1929 and is one of the largest moving companies in the Midwest with over 500 employees based out of 12 locations. Qualifications for
International Move Coordinator :
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Requires multi-tasking and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating superior customer service.
  • Accurately record and maintain customer information, service requests and changes in service.
  • Exhibit consistent, reliable work ethic and demonstrate a desire for continuous improvement in the area of customer satisfaction.
  • Must successfully pass a criminal background investigation and pre-employment drug test.
Duties and responsibilities for
International Move Coordinator :
  • Handles incoming calls or inquiries from prospective or current customers and schedules sales appointments/estimate requests.
  • Identifies and assesses customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Completes supporting paperwork and data entry for each job, as required.
  • Responsible for reviewing final rates for each shipment and confirming approvals for any services not included in the service description.
  • Accurately captures all necessary information in industry-specific software & tracking systems.
  • Provides customers with additional information and explains services, pricing, etc.
  • Accurately process customer's credit card transactions in accordance with company's security procedures.
  • Must be accountable; take responsibility for any problem and resolve it to the customer's satisfaction.
