Alera Group is looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager. We are seeking highly motivated colleagues who bring experience and enthusiasm to our team - joining us may be the perfect fit for you! We are passionate about our clients' success in the areas of Employee Benefits, Property and Casualty Insurance, Retirement Plan Services, and Wealth Services. With a network of offices nationwide, our commitment to collaboration allows us to offer national resources combined with local service.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a book of personal lines insurance business, including quoting, binding, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and re-marketing of policies Deliver exceptional client service by responding to inquiries, issuing insurance documentation, and supporting claims initiation and follow-up Maintain accurate records and compliance with agency/carrier procedures while building strong, long-term client relationships
Qualifications:
Prior experience in personal lines insurance account management preferred; active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain) Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills with a customer-focused approach Proficiency in agency management systems and
Microsoft Office Suite Additional Information:
This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.
