The Partners Group currently has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced insurance professional to join our Personal Lines division as a Private Client Account Manager. How you will have an impact at TPG A Private Client Account Manager puts their clients' best interests first. You are a trusted partner who provides exceptional service through clear communication, thoughtful problem-solving, and proactive client education. We don't just sell insurance - we protect the assets that matter most to our clients. In this role, you'll support and grow client relationships by identifying coverage opportunities, helping clients navigate complex personal insurance decisions, and collaborating closely with Private Client Advisors and internal partners. You'll serve as a key resource for affluent individuals and families, ensuring their insurance programs evolve alongside their changing needs and risk exposures. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships, takes pride in delivering a high level of service, and brings confidence, expertise, and good judgment to client conversations. You'll be most successful if you enjoy collaborating with others while also taking ownership of your work and recommendations . What a typical day in this role looks like Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of personal lines and high-net-worth clients Provide excellent client service, including policy changes, billing questions, coverage inquiries, and problem-solving Perform annual renewal and account reviews, identifying coverage gaps and enhancement opportunities Educate clients on policy features, endorsements, and risk mitigation strategies Manage policy changes, coverage questions, and day-to-day client service needs Partner with carriers, brokers, and MGAs to place new and hard-to-place risks Support Advisor with proposals, prospect opportunities, and client presentations as needed Key details

•Open to fully remote for highly-qualified candidates residing outside TPG office commuting range (Pacific, Arizona, or Mountain time zones preferred)

Hours:

40 hours/week,

Mon-Fri Salary Range:

$90,000 - 110,000 annually (DOE), salary-exempt

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit for long periods of time, ability to communicate verbally and in writing, and ability to handle long periods of screen time.

Requirements:

What you'll bring to the table At least 10 years of Property & Casualty insurance experience; 5 years serving affluent and/or high-net-worth households (required) Active Property & Casualty Insurance license (required) Experience advising affluent individuals and families on personal insurance programs Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex coverage clearly Proven personal lines account management experience and knowledge of carrier products and policy language Ability to manage multiple client requests with accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail Proficiency with agency management systems (AMS360 preferred), carrier platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite A self-sufficient, collaborative work style, effective both independently and as part of a team What will make you really stand out Experience working with high-net-worth carriers such as PURE, Chubb, Cincinnati, and similar markets Enjoyment in meeting with clients and conducting comprehensive account reviews A track record of doing what's best for the client Confidence recommending coverage enhancements and addressing insurance program gaps Experience supporting Advisors with prospect proposals and presentations A collaborative, team-first approach paired with a high standard of professionalism and accountability Advanced insurance designation(s) such as CPRM, ARM, CIC, AAI, or CPCU What TPG can offer you At TPG, you'll be part of one of the largest independently owned insurance brokerages in the Pacific Northwest where collaboration, integrity, and a client-first mindset guide everything that we do.
