The CPM will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring customer orders are delivered on time, issues are resolved quickly, and communication remains clear and proactive. They will work cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experience and support business growth. Job Requirements Own day-to-day communication with assigned key customers Track and manage customer orders, ensuring on-time delivery performance Identify and resolve delivery, supply, or quality issues Coordinate across internal teams (engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, sales) Provide regular updates and reporting to customers and internal stakeholders Manage backlog and forecast customer demand Support customer visits, audits, and business reviews Identify risks and drive mitigation plans Drive process improvements to enhance customer experience Key Attributes & Skillsets Willingness to address and navigate cross-functional challenges to improve customer service outcome Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and align cross-functional teams Ability to communicate complex information clearly and provide structured updates that drive alignment Skilled at simplifying complex situations and engaging the right stakeholders to move work forward Strong execution focus with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; able to work effectively across diverse teams, functions and levels Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight Flexible and open to travel as needed Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement What your background should look like Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 2+ years Program Management experience or customer-facing experience Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working cross-functionally Problem-solving mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications Experience in defense, oil & gas, or related industries Experience with ERP/MRP systems Background in manufacturing or supply chain operations Experience managing distribution or large customer accounts

COMPENSATION
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $82,100 - $102,600 (subject to change dependent on physical location) Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity. Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
