Call Center Agent:

• Make outbound calls to customers to return health screening kits
• Navigate CRM systems and softphone tools to manage call activity
• Maintain professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient privacy requirements
• Log call activity and update records accurately in system tools
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues related to calls and systems
• Maintain punctual attendance and readiness at shift start times
• Represent the company positively as part of the customer experience What You Need to Bring to the

Call Center Agent Role:

• Experience in call center, customer service, or outbound calling
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Ability to use computer systems, CRM platforms, and call software independently
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and empathetically
• Ability to maintain punctuality and adhere to scheduled shifts
• Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
• Ability to maintain a private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace
• Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, Wisconsin.
