About us We are fast-paced and our goal is to help individuals obtain meaningful work, be paid fairly, and have fun in the process! The Role We are seeking a highly organized, personable, and tech-adjacent Customer Success & Onboarding Specialist to guide our clients through their journey. This is a heavily administrative, strictly non-sales role focused on ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and optimizing how clients interact with our digital tools. You will serve as the primary liaison between our clients and our internal technical, financial, and project management teams. By combining a great personality with a knack for learning new technologies, you will help build out our client-facing interfaces, maintain meticulous CRM records, and orchestrate the crucial early stages of the client lifecycle.
Drive the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, collecting critical documentation including accounting/ACH details and contact information for legal, finance, and technical teams.
Technical Coordination:
Spearhead and facilitate kickoff meetings between internal tech teams and client stakeholders to establish secure communications and data pipelines.
Portal Support & UI Development:
Play a key role in building and refining our client-facing portal. You will help determine the UI components clients see, train clients on how to navigate the platform, and proactively pinpoint and troubleshoot user problems.
CRM Ownership:
Take complete ownership of the internal CRM system, ensuring all client information, interactions, and updates are accurately documented and maintained.
Cross-Functional Liaison:
Act as the bridge between clients and internal departments (Tech, PM, Finance/Accounting). You will synthesize complex information—such as YTD payment summaries and reconciliation reports—into clear questions and interactions, translating business needs without needing to be a technical expert yourself.
Administrative Excellence:
Handle heavy administrative duties related to account setup, data maintenance, and cross-team communication workflows.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, paired with a welcoming personality that instantly builds trust with clients and internal teams.
Tech-Savvy Learner:
Eagerness and ability to learn new technologies quickly. You do not need to be a developer, but you must be comfortable discussing UI components and interacting directly with tech teams.
Hyper-Organized:
Exceptional organizational skills with a high capacity for managing heavy administrative workflows and complex onboarding checklists.
Collaborative Mindset:
Proven ability to work alongside technical, accounting, and project management teams to gather requirements and deliver clear summaries.
Non-Sales Focus:
This is a 100% service, administration, and success-oriented role; no selling, upselling, or quota-carrying is required. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire with a monthly on-site meeting requirement, and work from home the remainder of the time. Must be able to pass a criminal background check as well as a drug test.
