Your ImpactProgram Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of a single, complex customer program, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships and resolve customer issues.Operational Efficiency:
Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs within the program.Team Management:
Directly manage, develop, and support the team responsible for delivering services to the customer, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Performance Metrics:
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure program goals are met.Issue Resolution:
Identify and address operational issues within the program, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.Compliance:
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all program activities.Financial Management:
Support P&L, revenue, and profit targets under leadership guidance.
Value Realization:
Align delivery and adoption with strategic goals to drive measurable client outcomes.About You:
The Skills & Expertise You Bring In accordance with applicable law, we are providing the anticipated annual rate for this role: $96,880- 133,030/ year This position will be fully remote.
Hours:
6:00am- 3:00pm
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 9 years of related experience.
- Management experience in Technology or Professional Services industry.
- Previous P&L responsibility, prior experience in a customer service environment.
- Customer Success experience preferred.
- Requires leadership ability, strong interpersonal and communications skills, and public speaking skills. Company Overview About our Company
