This is a hybrid role that blends lead setting, customer service, and in-showroom experience. You'll help schedule in-home consultations, support our sales team, and warmly welcome customers who stop by our showroom. If you enjoy talking to people, staying organized, and representing a high-quality brand—this role may be a great fit.
What You'll Be Doing:
Answer inbound calls and follow up with customers who request information Make outbound calls to homeowners ready to revamp their space Schedule qualified in-home design consultations for our sales team Welcome walk-in showroom customers and provide a great first impression Answer general questions about our products and process (no design or hard selling required) Keep customer information organized and up to date in our system Support showroom organization and day-to-day flow Work closely with sales and management to ensure a smooth customer experience
Schedule:
Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri:
8:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Sat:
9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
Days Off:
Wednesday & Sunday What We're Looking For:
Strong communication skills (phone and in-person) Friendly, professional, and confident demeanor Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using basic computer systems and CRM tools Reliable and consistent with follow-through Ability to multitask while maintaining a calm, welcoming presence
