Go Play Lead Location:
Woonsocket, RI, 02895 Position Overview We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Go Play Lead to help oversee daily operations, lead team members, and create an exceptional experience for every guest who visits our facility. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and understands that outstanding customer service is the foundation of success. Customer service is the number one priority in this role and makes up approximately 90% of the daily responsibilities. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support Go Play team members in a respectful and professional manner. Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed and consistently enforced. Deliver exceptional customer service and create positive guest experiences. Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and employees. Collaborate with other leads, supervisors, and managers to achieve operational goals. Assist with daily staffing, team communication, and operational needs. Handle high-pressure and stressful situations with professionalism and grace. Serve as a role model for teamwork, accountability, and positive attitude. Support training and development of team members. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience managing or leading employees required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service. Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional during challenging situations. Availability for weekdays, weekends, and holidays required Experience working with children, families, recreation, entertainment, or hospitality is preferred. Certifications CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications are recommended. Training and certification opportunities will be provided if needed.
