Job Description

Respond to all incoming customer calls and walk-in traffic to the industries showroom, greeting everyone. Process orders, quotes and supporting documentation associated with sales activities accurately and timely to include credit card payments. Receives and disperses incoming mail. Log in checks received from print shop and incoming mail. Monitor profit/loss report for the frame shop. Properly access and resolve customer problems or complaints using the customer inquiry process and established policies and procedures. Provide support to the downtown frame shop by coordinating and dropping off and picking up projects weekly. Assist external/outside sales representatives as required. Enter sales order into database for the sales team. Serves as back-up supervisor for the frame shop.
