CORPORATE REVENUE & UTILIZATION COORDINATOR
From The Heart Home Care Greenville, South Carolina Full-Time | On-Site $50,000 Starting Salary + Quarterly Performance Bonuses

From The Heart Home Care is a rapidly growing South Carolina home-care organization, and we are looking for an exceptional Corporate Revenue & Utilization Coordinator to join our corporate office in Greenville. This is not a traditional administrative position. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, persistent, confident on the phone, excellent at scheduling and follow-up, and motivated by measurable results.
Your primary responsibility is simple:
Help our offices convert authorized client-care hours into actual worked hours and revenue. You will work directly with multiple From The Heart locations, identify clients who need staffing, follow uncovered shifts throughout the day, help remove scheduling barriers, and hold offices accountable for getting authorized hours worked. You will also help convert private-pay inquiries into new clients, maintain important referral relationships, and handle selected corporate administrative responsibilities. WHAT YOU'LL DO REVENUE & UTILIZATION
Review authorized versus worked hours across company locations. Identify uncovered client hours and open shifts. Contact offices daily regarding staffing needs and recovery plans. Follow unresolved staffing needs throughout the day until there is a resolution. Assist offices with caregiver scheduling and placement when needed. Identify clients receiving zero or significantly below their authorized hours. Track recovered hours and corresponding revenue. Escalate unresolved staffing barriers to leadership. Maintain daily and weekly utilization dashboards. Hold individual offices accountable for improving utilization and converting authorized hours into worked hours.
PRIVATE-PAY GROWTH & LEAD FOLLOW-UP
Take ownership of incoming private-pay leads. Ensure every inquiry receives prompt, professional follow-up. Maintain persistent contact with prospective clients and families. Coordinate assessments and next steps. Track every lead from initial inquiry through start of care. Re-engage prospective clients who have not made a decision. Help develop and maintain relationships with case managers and referral sources. Identify opportunities to reactivate dormant referral relationships. Report leads, conversions, new clients and new service hours to leadership.
CORPORATE ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
Complete employment verifications. Coordinate responses and documentation for unemployment claims. Process employment-related and child-support correspondence. Review and route incoming corporate correspondence. Track time-sensitive requests and deadlines. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Coordinate compliance-related administrative matters with company Compliance leadership. This position does not replace the Compliance Department. Compliance-sensitive matters will be escalated to the appropriate leadership.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The successful candidate should be:
Exceptionally persistent and follow-through oriented. Strong and professional on the telephone. Highly organized. Comfortable holding others accountable. Excellent at scheduling and solving coverage problems. Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets and performance dashboards. Able to manage multiple offices and priorities simultaneously. Comfortable communicating with managers and senior leadership. Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills. Motivated by goals, measurable results and performance bonuses. Able to work effectively in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Experience in one or more of the following is strongly preferred: Home care or home healthcare Healthcare staffing Scheduling or workforce coordination Multi-location operations Recruiting or staffing Client intake Private-pay home care Medicaid-funded services Referral development High-volume customer service or call-center operations Strong scheduling experience is especially valuable.

COMPENSATION
Starting Base Salary:
$50,000 per year
PLUS QUARTERLY PERFORMANCE BONUSES
