• Little River, SC
• Full-Time Turn follow-up into real sales If you enjoy selling customers in person or by phone, earning trust, and bringing a homeowner back to a purchasing decision, this role gives you a real pipeline to own. AAA Blind & Shutter Factory is hiring a full-time Inside Sales & Customer Experience Coordinator to turn new inquiries into qualified consultations and unsold quotes into orders. For 30 years, AAA has built and installed custom shutters, blinds, and shades for homeowners from Georgetown, South Carolina, to Wilmington, North Carolina. We manufacture plantation shutters and roller shades locally. Our close, owner-operated team connects the people who sell, make, schedule, and install the products, so you can see the result of your work. Why this role stands out Own a mix of fresh inbound leads and open opportunities where thoughtful persistence can win the appointment or customer purchase earning you a sales commission . Sell products our local team makes, with showroom samples and experienced field salespeople to help you learn. Get a structured ramp led by our Operations Manager, with hands-on coaching from an experienced CEC teammate. See the impact of your work in booked consultations, recovered sales, and an organized pipeline in our CRM system, GoHighLevel . Join a close local team with hourly pay, sales commission, benefits, and performance incentives weighted toward follow-up conversions.
The role:
This is an in-office role where you will spend a substantial part of each day making and receiving calls, texts and emails with new leads, unresponsive prospects, and homeowners with unsold quotes . You will ask good questions, address common objections with approved talk tracks, and ask for the consultation, order, or deposit when appropriate. You will own clear next steps in GoHighLevel, manage the sales calendar in Google Calendar, and help coordinate the customer journey through installation. You will also greet and consult with customers in-person in our showroom. What you'll do: Make a high volume of respectful outbound calls and follow up by text and email with assigned new, aged, and post-consultation opportunities. Understand product interest, timing, decision-makers, and concerns; use approved talk tracks to move the customer toward the next step. Work with field sales on unsold quotes , competitive situations, and promised callbacks so good opportunities do not quietly disappear. Keep every open opportunity current in GoHighLevel with accurate notes, status, owner, objection, and dated next action. Manage and confirm the sales calendar directly in Google Calendar, keep it aligned with GoHighLevel, and help backfill openings. Support order details, deposits, installation scheduling, customer updates, review requests, and escalations with care and accuracy. Own and manage the sales email inbox; respond quickly to its messages, calls, web inquiries, referrals, and showroom visitors; qualify projects and book viable in-home consultations. Greet and consult with showroom visitors , maintain a customer-ready front office, and provide mail, supply, and teammate coverage as needed. What we're looking for: Required Two or more years in inside sales, outbound sales, appointment setting, lead conversion, retention, or another phone-heavy customer role. Comfort spending much of the day on the phone and making repeated, professional follow-up attempts. Ability to ask directly for an appointment or order, work through common objections, and stay motivated by measurable goals. Strong organization and CRM habits : you can keep ownership, notes, statuses, and next actions clean across a busy pipeline. Clear, warm communication by phone, text, and email and in-person; resilience, coachability, and sound judgment with customers. Reliable transportation to our Little River office and comfort balancing sales activity with detailed customer follow-through. Preferred Experience owning a sales pipeline in GoHighLevel or a comparable CRM. Experience in home services, home improvement, showrooms, or field sales coordination. How we work Our strongest team members deliver high-quality work, prioritize customer satisfaction, support and uplift the team, proactively solve problems, and learn, grow, and stay accountable. Here, that means following through when a customer is not ready today, keeping promises and records straight, sharing leads with teammates, and treating every conversation as a chance to help the homeowner make a confident decision. Compensation and benefits Hourly base pay , based on experience. Performance incentives and sales commission tied primarily to qualifying follow-up sales, with lead booking, clean CRM ownership, and team results also considered. Total compensation ranging from $55,000 to $65,000+ depending on sales performance. Paid time off and paid holidays. Dental, vision, and retirement benefits. Employee product discounts.
