THIS IS A HANDS ON WORK WHILE YOU SUPERVISE ROLL , NOT AN OFFICE JOB AND PAPERWORK
Lead and supervise the customer service team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure high standards of service. Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards aligned with company goals. Manage daily store operations including shift management, cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and inventory control. Oversee employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting efforts, and onboarding processes to build a strong team. Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism and effective problem-solving skills. Coordinate with purchasing, merchandising, and marketing teams to optimize product presentation and promotional activities. Monitor store metrics such as sales management, retail math, budgeting, and inventory management to drive business growth. Requirements Proven management experience in retail or customer service environments with supervising responsibilities. Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team. Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, employee training & development, and team management. Knowledge of retail operations including cashiering, stock management, pricing strategies, and POS systems. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple priorities such as merchandising, stock replenishment, and sales management.
