Job Summary This position is primarily responsible for managing and growing RIX North America's relationships with existing customer accounts through daily in-person visits, proposing suitable products, and preparing accurate quotations. The Account Manager serves as the customer's main point of contact, responding to inquiries and providing timely follow-up and support. Some overnight travel is required to visit customer sites. Account Management & Customer Service Responsibilities Conduct daily face-to-face visits with existing customer accounts to build and maintain strong relationships. Identify customer needs and present suitable product proposals. Prepare and send accurate quotations and set pricing for customer orders. Drive sales growth within assigned existing accounts. Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in-person visits, and provide timely follow-up. Assist customers with troubleshooting and provide relevant technical/product information. Travel to customer sites as needed, including occasional overnight trips. Required Qualifications Associate's degree (2-year college) or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience in outside/field sales. Valid driver's license and passport; ability to travel domestically, including occasional overnight trips. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferred Qualifications / Experience Experience in a customer service or account management role. Basic mechanical knowledge or ability to read component drawings. Familiarity with Japanese business practices.
