Job Details Description SUMMARY :
The Armstrong Company is seeking a high-energy Move Coordinator who will be responsible for managing the relocation process for commercial moves. The Move Coordinator serves as the liaison between accounts, customers, sales, and various departments to ensure a smooth relocation process with an objective of delivering an excellent customer experience from start to finish. The right candidate will be one who works well under pressure, thinks out-of-the-box, and is highly self-motivated.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
: Deliver to the agency, from the customer, complete components of SIPEE (Scope, Inventory, Payment, Equipment & Estimate) no less than 72 hours before the first dispatch of any kind. Serve as single point of contact for all communications between customer and company throughout entire move process to ensure a smooth relocation and customer satisfaction. Responsible for creating/presenting move quotes and plans, submitting orders, and scheduling services. Responsible for ensuring all pre, day of, and post move services are clearly communicated to customer. Ensure appropriate job completion, including equipment pick-up and required paperwork. Provide customer with the Armstrong Services survey upon completion of the move or service. Any other duties as assigned by Manager.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
: High school education or GED minimum. Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous Customer Service experience working with internal and external customers. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel. Has positive attitude and interaction with customers, staff, and management. Strong attention to detail with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Results oriented and focused on problem solving.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
: Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds. Ability to sit for long periods; stand and walk frequently; and bend, stoop, and reach occasionally.
