Job Summary:
The Client Care Supervisor is responsible for overseeing client care services and supervising Attendants to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality service delivery. This role includes client assessments, supervision of Attendants and Clients, scheduling visits, training, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client assessments and develop service plans
Complete required supervisory and annual visits
Monitor service delivery, authorized hours, and EVV compliance
Maintain regular client communication and update care plans as needed
Document and report changes in client condition
Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate Attendants
Provide training on safety, infection control, and billing
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, OSHA, and agency policies
Coordinate care with office staff and clinicians
Arrange backup coverage and provide direct care when necessary
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED plus: Two years of full-time college study,OR Two years Supervisory experience in a healthcare or community-based setting
General Requirements:
At least 18 years of age. Valid Texas drivers license. Clear criminal background check. Spanish language skills are a plus.
