A Customer Service Supervisor supervises staff that provide customer service for a company. Assists staff as needed, or deals directly with customers. Implements policies with regard to company products or services. Answers questions, resolves problems and complaints and approves refunds or exchanges for customers.
6 months Position Summary The Onsite Coordinator provides support and implementation for business Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs. We are seeking an Onsite VMI Coordinator responsible for delivering and stocking VMI industrial vending machines, racks, and bins in remote locations on-site at our customer location in Austin, TX. In addition, the Onsite VMI Coordinator performs preventive maintenance and relocates vending bins and VMI racks as needed. General Purpose Provide excellent customer service onsite for optimal inventory management. Key Responsibilities Provide timely and accurate filling of daily orders and transfers. Match products on order by part number and match order quantity for each item. Follow labeling directions and requirements for each customer. Maintain the overall cleanliness of inventory. Greet customers and assist with customer inquiries while delivering excellent customer service. Scan and load orders into the computer system. Close and secure on-site storage at the end of each workday. Build positive customer relationships and fulfill all customer needs by pulling product from the warehouse as needed. Abide by specific customer contract agreements. Handle cancellations or changes in VMI orders and communicate updates with related departments. Coordinate effectively with customers and internal departments. Remain on-call as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
Role Qualifications & Requirements Essential Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Basic math, reading, and computer skills. Excellent customer service and telephone sales personality skills with clear communication. Mechanical aptitude, basic knowledge of tools and equipment, and strong housekeeping skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, shift priorities, and maintain a sense of urgency. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, self-directed environment. Strong decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills. Professional, neat appearance and a positive attitude. Ability to pass standard drug and alcohol screenings.
Nonessential Skills & Experience:
