This role will focus on caring for our client base across several states. The ideal candidate comes from the janitorial or make-ready multi-residential space and has covered district or regional roles over the years. The candidate will have strong communication and client management skills. Job Responsibilities Support Client Operations in daily tasks, focusing on direct client relations and cleaning expert management Visit sites to build rapport with clients, gather feedback, and ensure seamless communication between clients and the company's experts. Document site visit findings and quality assessments, and report to senior management for further action. For client visits, you are expected to visit local clients (DFW) weekly. You are expected to travel within Texas (e.g. day trip to Houston, Austin, San Antonio) twice a month, and in other US states once a month. Identify areas for improvement in service delivery, operations, and customer satisfaction during site visits. Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns on-site and coordinating with internal teams to resolve them promptly. Create and manage client bookings in the platform, ensuring all service details are accurately logged and communicated. Manage communications with clients regarding additional requests, secure approvals for extra time and PO numbers, and confirm cleaning schedules as needed. Collaborate with the customer success team and assist with administrative tasks. Act as a system dispatcher for the on-site team, ensuring bookings align with field changes and effectively communicating updates to relevant parties. Communicate with cleaning experts regarding job assignments, logistics, and troubleshooting technical inquiries both in the field and online. Contribute to increasing compliance by analyzing dashboard data and following up with experts on recurrent behaviors and performance standards. Assist in the weekly verification of invoices and hours worked to ensure accurate payments for all team members. Collaborate with various departments, including account management, operations, recruiting, finance, and sales, to ensure cohesive workflows and support process improvements and standardization by offering creative solutions to challenges. Maintain up-to-date records in the system and promptly report any system issues. Assist in the digitization and transition of platforms and the migration of data and tasks between tech solutions in the technology stack. Develop data-driven solutions and help implement quality improvement plans. Provide insights and recommendations to meet performance improvement targets for Platform Operations and new project launches. Assist the Quality department with internal processes such as virtual QA inspections and updating the scope of work and interactive checklists. Successfully deliver assigned projects, whether working independently or collaboratively. Undertake any additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by the line manager. Requirements 7+ years of experience working at the district/regional level in the janitorial or make-ready services B2B space (e.g., working with property or maintenance managers, not individual homeowners). Familiar with P&L responsibilities and account management. Particularly accustomed to managing recurring clients, visiting them regularly. Accustomed to phone calls to reach out to your own client portfolio for regular check-ups. Strong communication skills, with proficiency in Spanish preferred. Problem-solver, skilled at working collaboratively across departments. Proficiency in technology and ability to adapt to new systems quickly. Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
