Job Description

Requirements Heavy-duty diesel shop management experience required with experience in Mobile Lot repairs The Service Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily shop operations while managing overall Service Center performance. This includes oversight of P&L, equipment, personnel, and scheduling to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery. What We Offer Competitive benefits Monthly bonus opportunities Annual increases Career advancement opportunities Key Responsibilities Oversee all shop service operations Delegate and manage service tasks effectively Provide strong customer service Coach and support employees to meet performance goals Serve as a resource for service operations, inventory, and product knowledge Manage and review work orders and invoices to ensure accuracy and timely completion Conduct quality checks on completed work and invoicing Maintain strong working relationships with vendors, dealers, and subcontractors Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to improve productivity and engagement Ensure compliance with all industry standards and regulations Assist in training and onboarding new employees Stay current on industry updates and best practices Qualifications Ability to manage P&L Understanding of productivity metrics Strong verbal and written communication skills

$80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
